The
following “FOREVER” Limited Warranty backs all repairs performed at Trident
Collision:
Trident Collision hereby provides a “FOREVER” Limited Warranty on repairs performed by
the shop. This Limited Warranty is valid only for the vehicle and person to
whom this Limited Warranty is granted and whose name appears herein and on the
original work order. This is a labor only; fragmented four-part Limited
Warranty, and stipulations pertaining to each fragmented part are stated
hereafter:
1.
METALWORK: Trident Collision provides a “FOREVER” Limited WARRANTY on all
metalwork, to include welding and the application of materials utilized in
making collision repairs against unnatural cracking, flaking, pitting or
deterioration, excluding rust repairs, any metalwork warranted hereby, at its
sole option, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use,
maintenance, or care of the vehicle. Posted labor rate must have been paid for all
work to be covered under warranty.
2.
PAINTING, STRIPES AND DECALS: Trident Collision provides a “FOREVER” Limited WARRANTY
on painting-related priming and painting work against unnatural solvent
blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation. The Shop will
re-prime, re-paint, re-stripe or re-decal the specific section or sections of
the vehicle warranted hereby (excluding rust repair), at its sole options,
unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance or
care of the vehicle. Paint Warranty is valid only over surfaces that are free
of defect. Our Paint Company supplier warranties for the period of three years
all finish work performed by Trident Collision over existing finishes. Warranty
on all refinish work for new undamaged panels only.
3.
MECHANICAL REPAIRS: Trident Collision provides a “FOREVER” Limited WARRANTY against
unnatural wear and/or failure on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to
original collision damage only, excluding suspension, air conditioning or other
electrical assemblies or components. The Shop will re-repair any mechanical
assembly or component warranted hereby, at its sole option, unless caused by or
damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.
Sublet work is covered by the guarantee of those service providers.
4. PARTS
AND MATERIALS: Trident Collision provides a “FOREVER” Limited WARRANTY against
unnatural wear and/or failure on first quality parts and materials installed/used
by or at the shop, excluding suspension, air condition or other electrical
assemblies or components. The Shop will repair or replace any defective part
warranted hereby, at its sole option, unless caused by or damaged resulting
from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle. Sublet work parts
are covered under the guarantee of those service providers.
All of
the above warranties are void if our recommended procedures, labor rates,
specified parts were not used in the repairs of the vehicle. SPECIFICALLY
EXCLUDED are incidental costs, such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel
expenses or assemblies and components which are not specifically covered by the
WRITTEN WARRANTY, nor are consequential damages such as damage to other
assemblies and components resulting from a defective part or installation of
such part installed or repaired during the repair included in this WRITTEN
WARRANTY.
