The first thing the Trident Collision staff asked was, "Are you and your family OK?" Then they asked, "How can we help?" Then, "Would you like us to just take it from here?" I said, yes, yes, and yes! They put me in a rental car, they handled the insurance claim for me, they kept me updated throughout the entire process and most importantly they fixed my car right, the first time. I've never heard of shop that cares so much about it's customers and their satisfaction. They made it easy for me.  I went to Unique because everyone said they were the best in Tulsa. I'm so happy that turned out to be true. I'll never use another shop again. Thank you Trident!  Jody B.

I have to say that I have never been more satisfied with a repair shop. I have had previous vehicles repaired elsewhere and was VERY disappointed. I was nervous when I dropped off not one but two cars to be repaired that I would be disappointed yet again. I have looked both cars over and I can honestly say, I have found the ONLY shop that I will ever use!  The attention to detail exceeded all my expectations and then some. The paint is immaculate. This is hands down the best shop I have ever seen or heard of.  As much as I hope not to return, I look forward to dealing with the best shop in Tulsa again, Trident Collision.  Thank you, John D.

They helped deal with the insurance claims adjustor and your staff took care of getting a rental car delivered to the shop so we would not be inconvenienced. We were able to drop off the rental car at your shop and they took care of returning it to the rental car company.  I can tell your staff is all about superior customer service. As a new driver, my teenage granddaughter hit a woman's car.  I worked with your shop to pay for the repair directly so it wouldn't count against my insurance.  Your staff went out of their way to make sure that the woman was satisfied (obviously she wasn't happy about the accident).  Your staff took the payment over the phone so that I didn't have to drive across town, and they made arrangements for her rental car.  They ordered the parts ahead of time, and did the repair in only one day!  It was quality work done well.  Your staff went above and beyond to accommodate me in a difficult situation.  I will definitely recommend you to anyone looking for good work and service. I brought my car to you to have body work re-done.  I had taken my car to another body shop first that my insurance carrier recommended, and had a VERY bad experience.  Not only did that shop perform poorly with the re-paint and body work, but they also damaged my vehicle during the process and returned my car to me in disarray.  As you can image, I was very upset about all of this. I had known of your shop for years, and had regretted not taking my vehicle to you in the first place. Had my car in for new door skin and some rear quarter-panel work. I was thoroughly happy with the service, body work and help from start to finish. Once I got the repaired vehicle back, (looked brand new) I noticed the window calibration was "off" a little bit (not sealing completely). Talked to them about getting it back in when the tech was there and had it all re-adjusted and like new without any hassle, amazing. Shuttle service to and from work without any wait times and all the staff I encountered were not only helpful, but extremely polite as well.
